Sunny Day 6 consists of 1,400 apartments located within 44 four-storied buildings and set in an gated community with restricted vehicle access. There are a wide range of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments available with differing sizes and aspects. All apartments are luxuriously finished and equipped and separate furniture packs can be provided by our furnishing partner, effecta. The development is divided into two parts and overall completion is planned for 2010.

The ancient and picturesque Nessebar town, representing part of a world cultural heritage protected by UNESCO, is 7 km away and the apartments are 35 km away from Burgas International Airport and 95 km from Varna.

Starting in 2008 the developer will operate free regular transportation for owners and guests between the settlement, beach area, airport, the other five Sunny Day developments and some nearby attractions.
